PRIVATE YOGA OR ONE ON ONE CLASSES  Qualified Yoga Teacher and studio owner Lucy Armitage offers private yoga classes to complete beginners to yoga as well as students looking to refine their alignment or deepen their practice.  Lucy will guide you for 60min in a class designed specifically for your mind, body and health goals, and can also write a home practice designed around your needs as a student.There are many reasons to book a private yoga class! You may have injuries or health issues you would like to nurture, you may feel nervous or unsure about starting yoga, you may feel you are not fit or flexible enough (this is never the case bye the way) or perhaps  you would like to strengthen your existing yoga practice. One to One sessions help your teacher to truly get to know your body, health, goals and to answer questions you may have regarding your personal practice and journey. They can refine your skills, address specific areas of concerns, break down poses, focus on breath control and give specific feedback . Please ask us at the desk or contact Lucy if you are interested in finding out more about arranging a session with one of our qualified staff.For Beginning Yoga students we offer a Initial Yoga Student Assessment in which the teacher will be able to assess and guide you to the most suitable class format designed specifically for you.
