There is a general vinyasa flow to each MYH class, combining breath with movement, however mindfulness and alignment are key factors for all classes in order to constantly develop student' practice and to support the students' safety.
Our classes are small and intimate. This will provide you with a true relationship with your teacher who will be able to support you confidently within a group practice.

Open classes are open to everyone, from beginner to intermediate provided you have a good level of fitness. If you’re new to Vinyasa Yoga, however, we suggest taking a few Gentle/Beginner classes first to learn some essential technique. Also, an Initial Yoga Student Assessment is available for new students. Please ask about this at our front desk or contact the studio.
An Open class will follow a flowing format of standing poses, balancing poses, forward bends, backward bends, twists, arm balances, hip openers, and inversions; finishing with deep relaxation and meditation. You’ll be flowing smoothly from one pose to the next, as each segment of the class is linked by a Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). Each class will vary slightly depending on the teacher, but all classes will follow a general structure to ensure that your overall experience is balanced and cohesive.

Our open flow classes combine dynamic movement and breath, allowing your everyday stresses to fall away. Open to all levels, beginners will be offered simpler modifications, while seasoned yogis can explore depth in their practice.
Class length is 75 min except our Wed 9.30am class which runs for 60 min.
