There are many reasons to book a private yoga class! You may have injuries or health issues you would like to nurture, you may feel nervous or unsure about starting yoga, you may feel you are not fit or flexible enough (this is never the case bye the way) or perhaps you would like to strengthen your existing yoga practice. Qualified Yoga Teacher and studio owner Charms Baltis will guide you for 60min in a class designed specifically for your body and health goals for $55.
There is a general vinyasa flow to each MYH class, combining breath with movement, however mindfulness and alignment are key factors for all classes in order to constantly develop student' practice and to support the students' safety. Our classes are small and intimate. This will provide you with a true relationship with your teacher who will be able to support you confidently within a group practice. Owner and Yoga teacher Charms Baltis has witnessed the incredible and often rapid healing benefits of yoga within mind, body and spirit.
